【開工厚多士】最無前途的五種人 你有無份?

職場競爭變幻莫測,升職加薪除了講工作表現和際遇,你的性格亦起了舉足輕重的作用。某些性格的人似乎註定與「前途」無緣,不知道你會否是其中一份子?

1. 配角

「配角」任勞任怨,但工作能力通常都被上司忽略,同事喜歡掠奪他的成果去繳功。要打破宿命,「配角」們要在適當時機向上司表達個人想法和建議,主動匯報工作成績,為日後晉升鋪路。

2. 便利貼

當同事「理所當然」將工作推給你,你總會「捱義氣」默默接受,寧願加班都不想得罪別人。可惜,這樣做既得不到別人感謝,還隨時被人在背後說你無用。「便利貼」必須清楚工作定位,當有人請你幫忙時,要作出適當拒絕。

3. 抱怨族

有些人在公司一邊埋頭工作,一邊卻抱怨工作,同事認為你負能量爆燈,很難相處,上司認為你影響團隊工作態度,最終落得被解僱或冷待的下場。如果心有不快,應找合適機會與上司溝通,共同找出解決方法。

4. 牆頭草

他們在職場中沒有主見和才能,當別人提出建議時,只會盲目附和,長期來說會成為公司冗員,被淘汰機會非常高!如果不想坐以待斃,「牆頭草」要戒除人云亦云的心態,培養敏銳判斷力,主動在會議上說出見解,即使錯了也無妨,下次再做好點就行了。

5. 自大狂

很多人辦事能力很強,卻咄咄逼人,看不起其他同事,總是以敵視態度與人相處,與每個人都有意見衝突。上司認為他們行為放肆,欠缺團隊精神,破壞工作模式,不過這類人亦很可能是缺乏自信,於是「先聲奪人」,以為這樣就能建立威信。不妨學習低調做事,跟同事互相幫助,才能提升工作效率,讓大家在職場上得心應手。
